I agree NWFLA Linda. It was fun watching them. And very glad we didnt have to go all the way around. Sure wish they would extend Pineville rd all the way through. Was very interesting to see how bridges are made.

First morning I went into Pcola after the new side opened it was dark and rainy. I had to slow waaay down to make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me and I got in the right lane to go across!! Was so accustomed to the serpentine that had been in place while the work was done. Interesting to be able to watch them and VERY grateful they put the diversion in place rather than requiring drivers to detour a gazillion extra miles to get from point A to point B!!!

Yes, and please be extra careful. I came through at 4 and 7, leaving and coming home. There were no signs out, and no flaggers. One the way home, it was pitch black and there was a poor worker out there, as you come around corner, with nothing but a flashlight. As I was one of the few that actually do the 30 mph I was able to stop in time.

William; the new road is still a terrible mess. You asked us to tell you.
