They have them every year and have for many years. Me-Call the regional office and see if they can get you in contact with some one that you could talk to about setting up a class. Washington is just a good middle ground that has the room needed to hold the class (that is also free to keep the class free). They do them periodically. You can also use the class for concealed weapons class. Me: the last one was at Washington High so they might not do them nowhere but there.
