It does appear to be a woman in this surveillance photo, however it also reminds me of the McDavid woman who robbed the bank in Brewton, disguised to be a black person. It all came out then, and it will now! People get a job, go to school, do something constructive! Don’t rob! Don’t steal!

The Eso deputy is correct,but in that it only helps them with a lead to follow AFTER the fact,so many underpaid clerks working alone for low wages in a scary world shows their determination to do what we were taught growing up,to work and provide for your family with ANY job that’s available.These clerks face the nastiest,rudest and low life people every minute of the day and do it with courtesy.
The cameras are not for their safety,but for the corporations to collect on the insurance, the safety of these dedicated hard working clerks are of little value to them and are easily replaced. With due respect to the ESO we all know what happens to the “perp” in the end “PROBATION” or a month or two to play cards with their homies..People, be on your guard,the animals are attacking so prepare yourselves and watch your neighbor…

Working in law enforcement I see this all the time. Merchant will spend thousands of dollars on things like the anti shoplifting tags and other countermeasures. They will neglect the most important items like a good clear digital surveillance system. These systems make face and vehicle identification easy for us to investigate these crimes. They are a few that still uses VCR based systems. And when these places get robbed they expect us to solve the crime rapidly and ask the public for help by releasing very bad quality images to help identify the suspect. Merchants get up to date with better quality surveillance and help yourself if and when something bad happens.

Why don’t merchants get off their wallet and upgrade their surveillance cameras. Every time you see a photo of a thief on surveillance , it looks unintelligible.

I agree with Don, this person looks more like a woman. That shirt/blouse will be the best identifier in this blurry photo.
