The money I am giving the ECAT (yes, me, you and everyone who buys gas that NEVER rides the bus!!) is paying for this website! Are you kidding me? What a joke! It sounds like taxation without representation and a misappropriation of funds. I want legal action taken! Until ALL of Escambia County is given access to ride ECAT, something needs to CHANGE!
