Bet he will get out in less than 10. How does someone get ONLY 20 years for trying to KILL someone? So if you don't succeed in strangling someone to death you get off with less time? There are people in for longer stretches for far less than this. ALL attempted murders should be LIFE. PERIOD. A person that will try to kill will repeat the act the next time they get angery enough. It's just a mater of time. We can only hope they are just as incompetent the next time. Once again our court system has failed. Bet he will get out in less than 10.
