The probability of repeating questionable actions will most likely recur without rehabilitation.

This young man is wrong for his actions and in my opinion, should be thankful he’s ONLY losing 10 years of his life for this atrocity.

This guy should have been sentenced to 50 years atleast. He should have received 25 years for the attempted sexual assault 25 years for for the robbery of an occupied dwelling. They shoukd run consecutively

As everyone says, he will probably be back at the habit once he gets out..I mean look at Zimmerman, he didn’t get any time for murder and was out in public *(threatening pregnant girlfriend with his gun) acting a fool less than six months after being found not guilty.

Go figure. That’s what criminals do.

CONSIDERING:
“He will be on NorthEscambia again when they turn him loose again in about 7 year when he is released for “good behavior.” ”

And people will declare how unjust it is that other citizens have access to the knowledge of what he has done, declaring it is the only thing keeping him back from becoming a productive, wealthy, TRUSTWORTHY member of society and that his records should be sealed and he should be given preferential treatment in finding a job.
