We've needed this for some time. Visitors to Pensacola don't know much if anything about the Lumber boom and how historical the area from Cantonment up to Molino is. This gives visitors to the Beach another place to visit after they burn themselves to learn more history of the area. I am a former president of the Pensacola Historical Society and know how our history draws visitors. Historical tourism is expected to increase dramatically as is Nature based tourism. We've got all of that from Becks Lake Fish Camp (Cantonment) up to north of Molino on the Escambia River, the 4th largest River in Florida and one of the most historic. Our Pensacola Pine lumber went out to the whole World!

That is great. My wife's family has been a large part of Molino for over a hundred years.
