In my opinion…the lawyers let these trials last that long in an opened and closed case it seems to get more money… that’s what it appears to be to me. This case was explained and documented very quickly..

Good job on giving this scum the death penalty. Previous conviction of 1st degree rape. This guy should have stayed in jail the first time. Thankfully, he will not see out community alive again.

Should be excuted same day as found guilty. Why should we ( people who work everyday) have to feed him, and make sure he has lights, a tv and a place to sleep with our tax money. PERIOD………………

How in the world did the trial take 3 and a half weeks? The victim identified him. He sent threatening text messages just before he killed her. Witnesses heard his voice. He called to turn himself in before the body was even cold.

It should have taken about 2 hours, including a lunch break.

Since he killed his victim with a gun “execution-style” then his execution should be with a firing squad, not a painless injection. I think that EVERY murderer should be executed in a manner similar to that used on their victims and the execution should take place within 5 to 10 years, not 20 to 30.

This sad and I don’t understand how someone can try to prove him not guilty improper evidence. You it doesn’t matter he knows he guilty and God knew he was guilty. Should think before you shot. For the family he is off the streets and he will get the real judgement day when he meets God.
