I had been directed to him by another city staffer and regretted calling Reynolds. He appeared to have forgetter the first thing in public life-- you can be polite. I guess he feels he is still in the military and can do as he likes. I ended the conversation and let him feel he had won-- we'll see. If he gets the job he will not last.
