Considering we start picking the children up before the sun is up it would have been the smart thing to do. Our bus had no heat at all for the first run and only a little heat for the second run. Good thing we have smart parents who had blankets wrapped around their children as they put them on the bus. We managed but it just would have made more sense to wait and give things a chance to warm up some. We should have started two hours late today.
