My weeks claimed have been in “adjudication” now for 6 weeks sans any payments. I ahve tried everything to comply with the software. Now I am consulting an attorney in hopes of initiating a class action suit on behalf of claimants.

They owe me 6 weeks, my insurance is going to be cancelled tomorrow, because I dont have the money to pay it I lost my job in december 11, 2013, and I just got approved yesterday for belp in foidstamps, not to mention that they might xancel my kicense for non oayment of insurance all that for someknes mistakes, I want to sue too,

Mine has also been held up in adjudecation for more almost 2 months. When are they going to be paid:???? I have also emailed reemployment, to no response! I have been evicted from my home over this! Extremely stressed!!!

my money had been held for months because the ploblem,they charging the company that did the worked in the new system,but I hope the pay me interests on the money they had been holding,otherwise I comteplating to sue deo,for all the stress I have been due to not having my money,i got sick,about to have nervebrakedown,becuase,i was about to be evited from my house,and in this country when you cause a harm you are elegible to be sue for it,i personaly going to gard,others that went trought the same to group together,to sue the state,if the state dosent compasate us.
