Robert was an animal lover. Yes, he could not afford to takebcare of gem properly but if he would have been able he’d have taken in every little pup in the world that needed a loving home. This is a sad situation and for those that know not the circumstances, do not judge lest ye be judged. I know the WHOLE story and am not at liberty to disclose all the circumstances of this case. Just know that when you ask someone to take care of your animals, make sure they are trust worthy beforehand. If not, then you will lose your fur babies too.

Seems to me that a “just” sentence for these two folks
would be putting them in a jail cell and then walking
away for a couple weeks so they could learn from
experience what they are accused of doing. Let the
punishment fit the crime, I say.
