Concur Molino Jim. . Hats Off to the Driver of this 18 wheeler! Take note of the Class 2, Gases or Class 3, Flammable liquid placard on the back of the tanker. Bottom line it was not milk. Also note the Handicap notification on re-view mirror of the elderly male’s Ford Fusion. Fact: at the bottom of this and every handicap notice it reads, in bold print: REMOVE BFORE DRIVING. Folks, if you know someone who has a handicap authorization, please ask them to remove before driving. Simply keep it on the seat or floorboard until they reach the destination without hindering the view. Huge design flaw DMV should 1. Verify its needed and 2. Affix a sticker much like a license plate tag. Just trying to contribute.

I see the handi tag hanging on the rear view mirror. Please remember, there is a reminder on the tag to please remove before driving. This tag could get in the way of vision. Maybe this is what happened in this case.

Another 18 wheeler having to make a split second decision and putting his own life on the line to keep from hitting another driver in a car. I hope both of the old people in the car are just sore and will recover. A general “HATS OFF” to the 18 wheeler driver.
