He can be charged but it will be hard to prove that he was involved. The original story reported that a young lady was with the 2 suspects at the store and waited in the car. Since she was not charged, she obviously convinced the authorities that she knew nothing of the planned robbery/murder beforehand. Mr. Orso can use the same strategy He loaned his gun to a friend and had no clue what the friend was planning to do,

Yo…wake up people… Regardless of “WHO” pulled the trigger, if someone was involved in the planning or any part of the crime, they can also be charged with the result. In this case it was MURDER, so all involved can be charged with the same crime. Regardless of who pulled the trigger…an Innocent Man was MURDERED and his family has to suffer. I sincerely hope that all involved spend many many years in prison!!! And there is no “nonsense” to that…
