The problem with the people in the judiciary and legislature is that they have not a clue as to what is going on. Hard working, tax paying, registered voters just want the right to relax in the privacy of their own homes and enjoy themselves. Why is it good for a man to have a drink of alcohol, but bad for a man to smoke a joint? This is not about availability, this is about lower prices for consumers.
