The call to 911 would have been a little different if it would have been my house and ny child, ” hello i just shot a man he molested my 10 yr old”! But kudos to this mom for keeping your head and doing the right thing- your child needs you right now. I commend you and your child for being brave and facing. The monster that commited this awlful act. God bless your family and be with yall during this time of need.

I do agree this is a very sick man and if he didn’t learn the first time around he never will so he need to die and not life and they can save the tax payer some money and take him out to the woods strip him naked and tie him to a tree sitting on the ground and pour honey on his wanker and let mother nature take of him. and DO NOT compare child molestation to homosexuality it is no where the same

This man deserves nothing short of death. He cannot be rehabilitated; there is no cure for sexual deviants, death is the only cure for perverts. Judge Shackleford i pray you give the maximum sentence allowed. To the mother of this child, you did the right thing and i’m proud of you for turning this scum in to police so he can’t harm any more children.

I know a lot of people will disagree with me on this. But I believe that any adult convicted of molesting a CHILD (not talking the 18 year old sleeping with his 15 year old girl freind here) more than once should be taken out to a mass grave and shot. Its not a life choice, like homosexuality it is something they are born with. (comparrison only, not saying its even close to the same thing). It can’t be cured, or fixed, or retrained. If they cant control whom they are attracked to, so if they choose to act on those feelings its time to protect our kids. Once is a slip, put them in jail and let them learn thier lesson. Do it again, game over.

Already has a prior conviction! I can only pray that the Judge will sentenced him to LIFE. If Lombardi didn’t learn anything the first time he is one sick excuse for a human. KUDOS to the mother of the little girl for protecting your daughter. Please make sure she gets the proper counseling, it goes a LONG way. She will need it rather she wants it or not. Prayers for you and her because this will be a long road, but have faith for God has her in His arms.

@Tina: We don’t know the scenario. Perhaps they did not have access to a phone right at that moment. Maybe they were trying to hide and stay away from this man until they had the opportunity to make the call. Be thankful she took action.

At least she DID make the call as soon as possible apparently. Prayers for the family and hoping the child does not have any lingering issues from this incident.
