Recall my Grandmother had a fenced off area behind the house where she kept a cow for our milk, chickens for our eggs and the occasional special Sunday dinner and a couple of songbirds she raised. There were two &quot;Heinz-57&quot; dogs that stayed in the yard and nobody tried to regulate or control the homeowners. And, this was in downtown Pensacola.</description>
