Recall my Grandmother had a fenced off area behind the house where she kept a cow for our milk, chickens for our eggs and the occasional special Sunday dinner and a couple of songbirds she raised. There were two "Heinz-57" dogs that stayed in the yard and nobody tried to regulate or control the homeowners. And, this was in downtown Pensacola. “We are Your Government and WE know what is best for you.”
