And yet it is our civic amd Christian duty to serve on juries if called and to faithfully render a judgment. Further, it is our duty to our families and neighbors to warn them of dangers, including criminals — known or reasonably suspected. We don’t judge the destination of his soul but we might judge legal guilt or innocence. Those who judge us wrong for doing so ate violating their own rules

I truely believe Orso took no parts in this and if I’m wrong god forgive me. But it looks like the young man who just took the 30 years did all he could to reduce wat was comin to him. Orso u are in many prayers u have so much support. May god bless you and see u through this. Oh yea maybe he hung around atmore because he had nothing to do with this. Y should an innocent man run??? @ Melodies4us–Looks as if Lambert cut his own deal. He is to testify that McGee was the shooter. Does not look as if McGee set Lambert up to take the fall based on the story as report here. McGee is looking at life, Lambert 30 years max for testifying. Not a great deal, but could be worse for killing the store owner. Question for those who keep saying that Orso would not be involved in this– you say he’s done “other things” but he wouldn’t be involved in this. Ask yourself–what has he done–and would you want to be his victim in the “other things he’s done”?

They have probably had these 2 ( McGhee & Lambeth ) isolated, and probably are offering McGee a “deal” because he is talking and therefore Lambeth will wind up taking the rapp. McGhee told 2 witnesses that he shot the store clerk. This is our injustice system. . . Offering 1 inmate a plea bargain to get information about the crime. Obviously, McGhee is talking and Lambeth isn’ t , making it easy for McGhee to”pin” Lambeth. I hope justice is served and this jury has enough good sense to see through all these shananigans.
