The biggest issue was physical evidence shows he was shot from behind, which is not possible in a hallway if he is coming towards her. Theres always more than 1 side to a story. That witness to violence is going to affect the child's personality. That's what we should be more concerned about and not let this man contact with her and the child. Yes, he is the child's father, but he choose to be a criminal and commit violence against the mother of his child, therefore in my opinion he would have his rights taken away for a long time and give the man time to think about what harm he did. Then controlled supervised visits with police officers present. And no doubt that child witnessed “Daddy” attacking and hurting “Mommy” and she had to shoot to protect her and the child. "Coming toward her in a hallway" but shot from behind was the main issue along with other smaller details that never added up with the report. People are not allowed off the hook so easily for the crimes he was accused of, that in itself shows the discrepancies in the case. God bless both parties involved and the daughter aswell.
