Deeply sorry to hear of the death of my old mate Ken Mac.a perfect gent , had the pleasure to play with and against him at home in Bloxwich England.can I just tell a tale of the measure of the man .i got married in January 1988 and had not seen him for a while as he was always off somewhere or another but one day my wife and I returned from work to find a parcel on the doorstep with a note saying congratulations from “eight nine ten”(rhymes with ken) although I hadn’t seen him for a while He never forgot me and neither will I forget him God bless you Ken and condolences toTerri

I had the pleasure of being his nurse on several occasions. I wished that I had known him under better circumstances. He handled all the unfairness of his diagnosis and unimaginable physical pain with such strength and grace. He made such an impression on me. He was truly a kind, good soul. We will miss him.
