How can anyone expect anyone to “maintain” control and not crash when someone unexpectedly pulls out in front of someone. That was a ridiculous comment.

look the driver of the semi loaded in flordia just to let everyone know and was on his way home. please dont judge him he feels bad enough. someone lost their life and he is having to deal with this as well and it is not easy. he was already loaded with brand new cars. so please instead of laying blame lets all hold all the families up in prayers and let the police do their job.amen

I know you seem to think this is a social network for the people suffering loss to be comforted, but it is a news report and people are reasonably discussing causes of this event and ways to avoid future ones — if any. We all regret the loss of life and associated suffering. We would like to reduce its occurrence in the future. That is a good function of this site.

Those who don’t want to read it are not forced to do so.

I never comment on here. But I must Allen was a great friend, and a son who lost his life in this accident. For people to blame a buisness is crazy. This shouldnt be about fault. Someone lost their life and someones life may change cause of this accident. People just need to pray for both familoes and not argue. Family and Friends dont want to read that. R,I,P, Allen you will be dearly missed and were loved by us.. Praying for Allens family. Please post when arrangements have been made.

I happen to be the granddaughter of the man who owns the business that the semi pulled out of. It is a family business that has been around since before I was even born. Family meaning that my father has worked there since he was in high school when it was first getting started, and basically all of the staff that work there are family. My father, grandfather, and uncles work their assess off to make a living. The location is not the original but the business is still the same. It is a repair shop. They fix semis and they fabricate and repair car trailers. For someone to try to blame my grandfathers business for a car accident that occurred regardless of who was at fault is ridiculous. To call for it to be shut down is ignorant.

I travel Pine Cone and 9 Mile daily. Semis and large trucks pull out in front of cars from the Shell station and the business involved in this accident every day. They don’t seem to want to wait for enough room and just expect you to slam on he breaks so they can proceed as they wish. I do, because I don’t want to die, but they are WRONG and must be held accountable when an accident occurs. God bless the victim and his family.
