I would like to see more police surveillance in escambia at the local stores. . . to promote the general welfare. On several occasions I have left stores because I could sense that something bad was about to happen. We cannot make it too easy to rob. The civility of society should improve as time goes on. . . Our county is in a sloping backward mode. The police think that unless a store pays them to watch guard, then its none of their business. KEEPING US SAFE IS THEIR BUSINESS.
