There will be different groups of different skills levels. It's a greta opportunity to introduce them to a great sport. The younger the better when an interest in pitching is shown. Even though actual pitching doesn't start until they're ten years old, I don't think you can start the learning process too early. Trying to learn when it's time to pitch is harder than knowing how before hand. Our daughter started learning to pitch at 6 years old. It made a huge difference.
