It would seem fair, I mean if you want the schools to look better why not let the students look better as well. I think this entire testing system is flawed. This is why, like myself, many are opting to homeschool. We learn many things not just things needed to pass a test so the school can then lie about grades. This is not a good lesson for children. If the school fails it fails, just as the students would. So if the school can lie about their grades why can’t the students? Extending this protection to schools seems indefensible for all the same reasons. However, if the school grades are an inaccurate measure of performance, this measure seems appropriate.
