IN the end its up to the judge if he or she wants to go by the juries recommendation. That makes it a judge trial in my book from the get go. So whats the point of a jury? I think when their is no doubt of guilt, these folks should be taken straight from the court house to the nearest tree and hanged by the neck until dead. Stop wasting money on murderers.
