I'm all about helping the small farmer try to compete and they should get some help but this is a giveaway that we can't afford right now. This is about politics and greed. ( a direct pecuniary aid furnished by a government to a private industrial undertaking, a charity organization, or the like.) just to be plowed under for no use at all.
