These kind are such cowards they have to use a gun to settle a score and then drive by shooting so they can run away. They don't care who else they may injure or kill and often are such bad shots they hit an innocent victim rather than their target. Drop this one in the ocean after his trial, he is just another sponge sucking resources from the honest taxpayers. The money spent to house this type of thug could be used to help the victims of these kinds of crimes. It's certainly would be a better use of the funds than keeping this subhuman alive for life.
