The North Florida child task force is very diligent in investigating these crimes. The can confirm if he was at home or work during the downloading. Every download is time stamped (Date, time, user, user password and IPO address and duration of viewing and download) 14 counts does not sound like a fluke chance. Good people do bad things. It happens all the time.

REGARDING:
“Innocent until proven guilty,,,,but ..Bond too low.”

If you really think he’s innocent, bond should not be required nor should he be charged. Bond is not to punish on the presumption of guilt but to assure the release of the accused to enable preparation of defense — if any– and to assure return for trial.

If there were reason to believe he would hurt others if released or that he would not return for trial, no bond is reasonable and he should stay in jail.

I can understand “co-workers” comment. Some of us have had house guest who wanted to just “look up a couple of ball scores”. I normally say that I’m off line right now and keep my computer put away. It’s a sad comment about the mind set of some people.

WOW! I don’t even know what to say.

I think I’ll hold my judgment until all the facts are in. Just like in the article from yesterday on the other similar arrest-how do they know who in the home is actually downloading anything on a computer?
I know this man and I hope and pray this is not true. I’m holding out hope Calvin, please let it be proven that you did NOT do this!
