Yes, it means he wants to allow you to shoot a gun during the commission of other felonies without being punished for doing so as long as you claim you were firing warning shots.

Not all legislators are geniuses it seems.

Stand your ground law! Dead people tell no tales. If you feel threatened shoot to kill. Do not give a warning shot and do not aim to just hurt them. It is the way the law makers want it handled and it is the way the law is written.

This, along with other Florida laws should be dismissed! However, starting at the ground is a great option.our police no longer use common sense when filing the charges and the state attorney should be a human when pursuing those charges. I’m disgusted at how cops are allowed to obtain warrants and file charges with no evidence or even credible witnesses. That’s the problem..escambia county officers have wayyy too much power and not enough brains.
