it also does not even say yet that the driver was a juvenile and people should not assume that they were on cell phones — even though high rates happen with the cell phones that doesnt mean every accident with a juvanile was someone on a cell phone, there are some out there that dont text/talk and drive believe it or not and accidents still happen without them that can be deadly. Thank God these people were not severely hurt or dead !

The Penske Semi truck was on Kingsfield Rd and tried to cross 97A and pulled in front of the van which was traveling straight on 97A. No cell phones were involved and the van driver was smart enough to keep from hitting the truck’s trailer head on. We’re lucky noone was seriously hurt.

I want to see them explain to their parents how they managed to hit a truck that wasn’t going anywhere , it didn’t even have a tractor hooked up to it – it was that truck drivers fault , he “cut” in front of us (while we were on our cell phone) – yeh , thats a good one …
