I wasn't sure exactly how those worked I knew it took pictures of the plates but wasn't sure if their were other cameras that recorded the actual transaction - for the safety of the toll booth workers (robbery prevention). It went through the toll "late" on the evening of the 12th although it didnt show up in the parking area where it was found until the 20th. Also the question that was posed was about the front end damage that was on the vehicle. No one seemed to know when that happened.
