The PEN as it is called was founded by Gary Chartrand of Jacksonville who is the President of the education commission of Florida appointed by the govervor. He is NOT an advociate of the public school system and public school teachers. He is for vouchers and charter schools and no class size limit. I wonder who choose Keith to come to the meeting?
