The story is very confusing. The investigation revealed that approximately 46 recycling loads were removed from the said property he previously owned. ' So, depending on the value of what was scrapped or recycled, 46 counts of grand or petty theft is a reasonable charge. 350 counts of environmental and littering charges? Was he stealing something for scrap that imposed a hazard and should not of been there in the first place?? What??
