Without that other efforts are a farce toward protecting the public and a slap in the face of Liberty. In a perfect world the list of people taking medications that aren't being investigated could be safe in the hands of Law Enforcement, but we don't live in a perfect world and everyone needs to have their Rights to Medical Privacy protected. If the information is available to people who are not Health Care Providers, then that information is not secure. It's that simple.
