Brown told deputies that he and a female had found the bag while visiting Wayside Park at the foot of the 3 Mile Bridge. He said he was taking the pills to a friend to see if they could be sold for money,

He just admetted to trafficking!

Be smarter than the drugs you want to sell! lol

He found the bag of pills at Wayside park, ok , right , I guess he found the digital scales, Cocaine and marijuana also , boy them druggies are sure getting careless with letting there paraphernalia laying around.
