I used to live on Malibu 3 houses off of Olive, the traffic in the am and the pm are really bad. The best solution to this is to 4 lane olive from Davis to 9th in the process changing the intersection giving both turning lanes on 9th their own lane and ending the merge. There is no excuse for doing this! That fence has been driven through so many times they should put the number on the privacy fence! They have tried everything at that intersection including putting up the guard rail. The drivers do not understand the double lane left turn is to prevent the left lane from having to slow down, the right lane is for those turning into the subdivison but people seem to think the right lane is to beat those in the left lane by speeding and pulling in front of those going further down Olive Rd. Those turning right on Strausburg are taking their life in their hands - huge chance of being rear-ended. The only safe, sane way into Ridgefield is to turn on Pilgrim, drive a little further, and come out alive. This driver ineeds to be sighted! There is no excuse for doing this!
