Here’s my question, why isn’t the DOT, FHP or ECSO hanging out on 95a and handling this problem? Do they have to meet quota’s for tickets? Here’s the perfect way to do that!

Also a lot of these logging trucks and supply trucks use 95A to escape DOT , and they are doing it, Ive folloed many loggers to the plant

This accident isnt one bit surprising, the way these cement trucks, dirt trucks etc. fly down and up 95 these trucks, including county trucks do not obey the speed limits in Molino…..Our street is a 35 mile hr street do you think they drive that ? heck no, they just barrel on through like the built it.

If someone can’t drive in a safe manner, get off the road and let the others who CAN drive without hitting nonmoving objects do the driving. Yes, we know it was not intended but the idea that the need for materials to be moved from one place to another justifies running into immobile objects just boggles the mind.

Best to admit an error of judgment and try to be more careful next time.

Ditto Jane’s observations about speeding commercial trucks on 95A! They are constantly creating near-misses. Just come park in one of the school or church parking lots on 95A and bring a video camera. Please. The logging trucks are bad enough, especially the ones coming from Quintette Rd. Combine that with other heavy commercial vehicles doing the same or worse, and it gets dicey real quick.

Folks, you know that Hwy. 95A is a PUBLIC highway, yes trucks drive on it all the time, THEY SHOULD JUST SLOW DOWN!!. I’ve seen cars & pick-up trucks driving fast on this same highway, don’t hear anyone complaining about them. Aren’t they suppose to abide by the law Also. The speed is 45MPH, I think this includes EVERY MOTORIZED VEHICLE!! My comment for what it’s worth.

There are a lot of trucks using 95A. Many are speeding way over the speed limit. I have almost been rear-ended when I was turning onto my road off 95A several times. i have seen several “almost accidents” involving these trucks. They need to slow down! My question is this: since there is a sign saying “no trucks” at 95A/29 why are there trucks on 95A? Logging trucks, dump trucks, concrete trucks, etc.?
