Unfortunately only a few get caught because the sheriff's office doesn't have the manpower to watch this area constantly and respond to other crimes. DOT won't do it and the FHP isn't responsible for it. I guess this person will get off the road when he hits something or someone who hurts him or his truck enough to stop him. I have witnessed this vehicle on multiple occasions between the intersections of Hwy 29 northbound and 95A, Hwy 95A and Neal Rd, Hwy 95A and Cedar Tree, Hwy 95A and Stacey Rd, and 95A and Coweta. He is wreckless, careless, unsafe, operates at higher speeds than posted, weaves, fishtails, passes against oncoming traffic, passes on the right (grassy) shoulder. i personally have witnessed him do all this in the past six months, and upon his identification and a look at the truck in question, would gladly testify in court against him.
