My experienced guess is one of the drivers ran a red light.
Drive thru there every day and see my light turn green and next thing you see is a vehicle flashing thru what is a red light.
Have learned that at most intersections it really pays off to not try and jump the light as soon as it's green but wait a second or two and check for runners.
That few seconds spent on making sure it's clear is way better than the long wait in an accident.
Unfortunately, one of these persons will no longer be going home.
Have to take that extra ounce of prevention to make up for the idiots out there.
