Of COURSE somebody knows who did this! They won’t come forward and do the right thing though, because today’s society has put “don’t be a snitch” above all else.
Honesty and integrity used to be values that people strived to have….

LEO GUY,
Have you seen a cow entangle itself, then drag itself to the point that the horns are imbedded in the dirt?
Sounds like it was dragged by a vehicle.
From the pic above, it looks to be heavy enough that it would take four or more people to drag it manually.
Just sayin.

Although I do not recall any mention of being dragged by vehicle.
Maybe that is something ECSO does not want publicized.

Obviously, there is something fundamentally wrong with anyone who would commit such an act. The perpetrator should be identified, caught, punished and treated for whatever mental and emotional faults led to doing such a cruel deed. Note, that I said punished – there are those who believe forgiveness and treatment are exclusive of punishment, they are not.

I’ve always wondered if it was possible that the cow became entangled in the rope all be itself. I’ve seen cows do many similar type things. Just saying. :-/

I think somebody knows who was responsible for this!!! Why does nobody identify this cruel cowardly piece of trash??? This so called “human” will not stop torturing innocent animals, he will get bolder with time if he is not stopped.
