There are other county properties that ARE leased to fro-profit-businesses. Why are these excluded? unless it is a deed restriction of some sort. Our BOCC gives millions of our tax dollars to non-profits each year.

If the county buys property , as long as the county holds it , it can end up being a drain on tax paying citizens to maintain it.
