After all they rescued them! They need to do the right thing! I am hoping since they took them from what they determined poor living conditions, that they will find the dogs loving and proper living conditions.Two wrongs don't make a right. The ESCO said the animals were seized due to “poor living conditions” and no further info on those conditions were not available from the ECSO. The licenses and vaccinations part is additional info. The story does not say they were seized due to vaccinations/licenses, but due to “poor living conditions” — that’s why it’s in the headline.
