Not where in this story, or the linked story, does it say the road will be closed.. If you will click through and read the complete story about the 97A bridge replacement, it says a “diversion” will be built to get around the bridge. (The line above does say the *bridge* will close — obviously you have to close a bridge in order to replace it.)
