I think one them had to do with a change to absentee ballots and the other change I know had to do with stupid unnecessary fines for people doing voter registration drives, but I'm thinking those changes were deemed unconstitutional? The article should have stated what other changes Democrats wanted, that were not included in the bill "Fireman Bill" signed.
