@Patriot,Your right Patriot, with the new pursuit policy in place no chase,even if it was Charlie Manson.It is going to get a lot worse before getting better.Look at the crime stats,then look at the neighboring counties we set between and how low their stats are,and this is only the 5th month of 2013 7 more to go,hope theirs enough sheep to go around to feed all these hungry wolves.

@ CLINT, I agree. I thank the lord for being with Deputy Runge that day. I hope he realizes how close he was to being planted 6 ft. under.

LEO’s make life or death choices in a fraction of a second. You can only hope that the choice was correct at the end. I have nothing but respect for this deputy and his profession. However, if that POS criminal had drew down on me, he would have been eating lead. If someone is willing to kill a cop, they will kill anyone.

Xpeecee’s complaint was that if convicted of trying to murder a law enforcement, he will not be killed under our system of justice. Surely you will agree it was not conservative justices who removed that option. Therefor blaming liberal justices isn’t totally unreasonable.

Personally, I wish the gentleman didn’t go around trying to murder people; but I doubt he cares what I want, just what he wants.

When John Moses Browning demonstrated his .45 automatic to the war department back around 1910, it thundered through a 5000 round test firing without a single jam.

Just google this man’s name and you will be amazed as all his arrest records. Why is he being let out of jail when they should be keeping him in and throwing away the key? He is not a asset to our community of any other community and neither is his motorcycle gang. Google also states that DBD stands for The Death Before Dishonour, gang. Never thought I’d see the day gangs such as this would set up in our part of the gulf coast.
