I can only imagine how tramitic it must be to have that happen. I do not know the whole story but I do know that I personally have had children dart out infront of me while i've been driving and it's very scary. I'm not saying this girl didn't look before she ran out into the street but most children don't. (a lot of adults dont either) We need to be more mindful of looking before we enter the street.
