Im mr shivers wife and before people start saying he shoyld be locked yp and the key thrown away maybe you should know thr whole truth my husband dud not do anything to mister faucet yes i feel very bad fir his family but my husband dudnt di it i wasnt even aware of what had gone on till the news and an investigator talked to me but the other man admuttrd to doing it and just wants somepne else to go diwb with him so watch what u say because i know my husband very well and he wouldnt hurt a fly i love my husband

I was a friend of James he went by David, I am in shock over this, he was very nice and always helpful and was harmless. It is important to remember him and not let the evil men take his memory of life away. Justice needs to be served. This county is spiraling out of control with violence,…..elected officials need to assist the citizens with safety.

If the perpetrator was outside attempting entry into the Honda, and the owner was inside, dead on the floor, the point concerning LEO response time is moot.

That Police substation is no longer in the same block. It is now between Warrington Fire Dept & Warrington Elementary on Navy Blvd. Still it is 1½-2 minutes away.

With a police station in the same block, I doubt if the chase policy made much difference.

I wonder if the time it took for Law Enforcemnt to arrive was hindered by the new chase/driving protocols that have been put on the ECSO? Hopefully this did not cause a individual to die simple to protect themselves from frivilous lawsuits.

My prayers go out to the family.
