		<description>I&#039;m glad to see it go too, but the downside is, you are going to need to prove who is at fault, which will normally require a police report if I am correct.

Unless the law changes, I believe whoever is &quot;in back&quot; is at fault, even if the person in front of you slammed on the brakes for no good reason.

Still, I&#039;d like cheaper insurance!</description>

		<description>Several states that had no fault car insurance dumped that type of insurance because it lead to higher rates and lots of  insurance fraud. I can tell you that in the states that got rid of no fault insurance, the car insurance rates went down.</description>
