This is an awesome story!! So much better to read than all the crime and accident things that we read about all too often. Not saying that those things aren’t news worthy, it’s just nice to see a “feel good” story too! I wish you two 50+ more happy years together and think that it is awesome that you have enjoyed 50 wonderful years together so far. I know that your family is proud and happy for you. Your story is truly inspirational in the society we live in today where marriage is not always regarded with the sincerity that it should be! I am one proud grandaughter to raise my hand and say , “THIS IS MY GRANNY AND PAWPAW!” I give all the praise to God for keeping them together in marriage for 50years also in my life for 22yesrs …. I was so glad when my mother came to me with the idea for them to re-marry , they never had a church wedding , back then they got married at the courthouse. They we’re sooo happy and they really enjoyed theirselves!
I Love yall sooo much , and wish y’all many more golden years to come (:
