@ Dennis HE Wiggins……any offense on a child under the age of 12 is considered a capitol offense. My father is serving two life sentences due to charges of me being under the age of 12, which calls for a life sentence. Either way tax payers will be paying, rather he is in prison for life or the death penalty. He will get his own in prison I promise. But on the same token he will be allowed protective custody for his safety if he so chooses.

I an now “40″ years old and still go to counseling, I have forgiven myself and my father….that’s the first process in healing. It hasn’t happened overnight and will never go away. I pray for the victims that their parents will work closely with victims advocates and get the counseling and care they deserve and need to overcome this tragic time in their live. Prayers to them and their families!

MJ ~ Come to think of it you are correct, but only because of the MANDATORY appeals process. We need to adopt a fast track to the death chamber. Guilty is guilty. There should be no “automatic” appeals to further clog up the courts AND waste taxpayer money. So I will modify my statement – If I hafta pay for him to live, I’d rather pay more to make it a short life!

Here some perspective from someone who has did some time in jail fella…I rather get death by burning at the stake than have to spend the rest of my life behind bars! Time is a much more punitive action.

MJ I think id rather pay for this sicko to be put to death than sitting in prison for life hes a waste of air just imagine those poor children will live with this for the rest of their lives no matter counseling or whatever theyll remember and have trust issues now and older this is a horrible story if such and I pray to the good Lord never does to one of my children theyll need an ambulance because he will be deadmeat this #this world is so evil#

This sorry excuse got off light, and yes a cage is where he belongs, those children have been scarred for life but Lord willing, he will heal those scars…To the one who committed this horrible crime, your judgment awaits you when your time on this earth is over…

Actually Dennis, it costs more for people to get the death penalty than to get life in prison.

And now we, the taxpayers, have to support him for the rest of his miserable life. I think this should be reclassified as a capital offense. Then his life would be considerably shorter – less time for him to live off MY paycheck!
